How to Delete Your Account

To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the CryptoCovePay mobile app on your device
  2. Log in to your account using your credentials
  3. Navigate to the Settings section in the app
  4. Locate and tap on the "Delete Account" button
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your account deletion request

Please note: Account deletion requests are processed through the mobile app only. This ensures proper authentication and security verification.

Important Information

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your data, transaction history, and wallet information will be permanently deleted
  • Ensure you have withdrawn any remaining funds before requesting account deletion
  • The deletion process may take a few business days to complete
